1. All visitors are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. All pets must be fully vaccinated in compliance with the law.
3. Environmental hygiene is important. Pet owners should ensure their pets are properly bathed and groomed prior entering the mall.
4. Pets must be on a leash and placed in a pet stroller, carrier bag, or be hand-carried within the shopping mall, with the exception of guide dogs.
5. Each tenant has their own pet policies that must be followed.
6. Pet owners must supervise their pets at all times and take full responsibility to ensure that their pets do not cause any inconvenience to others.
7. In case of accidents caused by their pets, pet owners are liable to the concerned parties and will be responsible for all medical and other expenses related to the accident.
8. Please maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the shopping mall. Do not allow pets to urinate or defecate indiscriminately. All pet waste, including feces and other debris, must be properly disposed of in the designated trash bins.
9. Mall Security Staff reserve the right to ask pet owners to leave the premises with their pets if the above rules are not followed or if the pet causes disturbance to others.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms stated in the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
11. Fanling Centre Shopping Arcade reserves the right to change the entry requirements and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
