Rules and Regulations：
1. "Pets" in these terms and conditions refers to cats and dogs.
2. Environmental hygiene is important. Pet owners must ensure their pets are properly groomed and cleaned prior to entering the mall.
3. Dogs classified as "known dangerous dogs" under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap. 167D) are not permitted to enter the mall.
4. According to Section 23 of the Rabies Ordinance (Cap. 421), keeper shall keep their dog on a leash or with other control method. As such, pet owners must keep their dog with a leash not longer than 1.5 metres and carried either by trolley, bag, or be hand carried within the mall. Dogs with a body length of 40 cm or above to wear a muzzle is also suggested. Cats must also be carried by trolley, bag within the mall.
5. Individual tenants may have their own pet policies, which pet owners must strictly follow.
6. Each owner may bring only reasonable number of pets that they are able to take care of. Pet owners shall ensure to impose no nuisance, inconvenience nor potential danger to others.
7. Pet owners must bear full legal responsibility and fully compensate the party for any property damage, personal injury, death caused by their pets within the mall.
8. Please keep the mall clean and hygienic. All pet faeces and other debris must be properly bagged and disposed of in the designated bins.
9. Guide dogs and dogs on statutory duties are exempt from this set of guidelines.
10. Our mall reserves the right to request pet owners to bring their pets out of the mall if the pet shown disturbing or aggressive behaviour.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms stated in the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
12. Fanling Centre reserves the right to change the entry requirements and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
